  • Accredited to ISO 9001:2008
  • Safecontractor Approved

We offer mobile, on site paper shredding and hard drive destruction services. This means that one of our trucks get sent out to securely destroy your confidential documents.

Yes they are. All our drivers and operators have been vetted to BS7858.

We are based in Stanmore, London. We service both London and Greater London. Additionally people who live close to our Stanmore office often use our drive-thru shredding service.

We work with both businesses and residential homes. And yes, we can bring our shredding truck over to your home and shred your confidential documents.

We do a lot of one-off jobs. People who are moving, downsizing, clear out, etc. Our prices are the most competitive in London.

If you are looking to do more of a one-off collection, we will post you out some shredding bags and when they are full you can give us a call. If you are looking for business shredding and something a bit more regular, we will come and place a shredding console in your office. In there you can securely keep all your confidential documents.

We can come earlier than planned or we can post out some shredding bags for you to store your confidential documents in.

Absolutely. The secure shredding takes place in our state of the art shredding trucks – and we encourage our customers to watch the whole process.

We do. We provide proof on the day as well as posting / emailing out an official Certificate of Destruction.

All of our trucks contain state of the art cross cutting shredders capable of shredding up to 2,000 kg per hour.

We believe we have the most competitive prices in London. Give us a call for an instant quote.

We operate on an honesty system. Our customers are only charged after their job has successfully been done. We post out an invoice.

On certain Saturdays in the month we offer a drive-thru shredding service. This means you can sign up here and we post you out some shredding sacks. You give us a call to book in your appointment and simply show up to the office. We do the rest. Our operators will take the sacks from you whilst you watch your papers being securely destroyed.

You can’t (well not instantly). The best thing to do is to give notice to your company in advance. This is because most shredding companies (us included) have rolling contracts, which locks customers into another year at the same price point if they don’t give notice before 3 months. So when people hear that we are 50% cheaper than what they are already paying, they’re quite keen to switch over. They give notice and when the time comes for their contract to end, they get their existing company to take away their consoles and we go in and put ours there.

There’s nothing wrong with one. We even have one in the office. They’re great for the odd piece of paper here and there. But for more than a few sheets – a shredding service is far more cost and time effective. That’s of course not to bring up how often paper shredders take, how often they jam and how often they burn out.

It is sent to paper mills to be pulped and recycled into new paper products.

We work with all industries, from the financial sector, to medical clinics, law offices, marketing and digital media offices, councils, hospitals, schools and the list goes one…

Not really. We can, but we don’t advise it. To use secure shredding means that it happens in front of your eyes. The fact that it is taken away and shredded at a later date – to us almost defeats the purpose of managing the correct paper trial audit. We do not advise this and tell customers whom are local to us, to just opt for the drive-thru shredding.

We have written an in-depth blog here on how paper shredding is good for the environment

You shouldn’t. You should just let an identity thief use your data to get access to your accounts and commit fraud. Leaving you, the victim, to spend months if not longer cleaning up the mess. For those people who do shred, we’ve come to realise the 5 things that they all have in common. You can discover our findings here.

We are a family run business. We keep our costs down and very much care about both our customers and in turn the reputation that gives us. Having been in this industry for over 10 years, we’ve refined our service to the point where our customers are sending us referrals quite regularly.

Easy. Get a hammer. And we’re serious. If you don’t believe us please read our post on how to step by step destroy a hard drive.

Yes. We talk about that here.

Absolutely. We have great relationships and work very closely with a number of shredding companies outside of London. We are always happy to make suggestions to you.

Yes you can. They will be shredded in the evening when the trucks come back to the office.

Yes we do. These are done in a plant and are securely stored until they are shredded.

We are often asked this. We’re not too sure why. It seems a bit silly that someone would be prepared to pay for any service by the minute. We find it so silly in fact that we just had to write about it.

Nope. Why should you have to pay for our fuel?

More than you think. And companies and individuals can get heavily fined for data breaches. Here’s our take on the Data Protection Act.

We if you read our blog, we’ve got a number of articles on how best to minimise your risk. Starting with of course a clear desk policy
